I order from Union Roasted fairly often, and what I really appreciate is that my usual coffee is almost always in stock. I don’t have to keep checking back or wait around for restocks, which makes things so much easier. The website is straightforward to use, and my order went through without any hassle. it just feels reliable, and that makes me happy to keep coming back.

The coffee tastes good, and the delivery was fine with no issues. For around the price I paid, though, I was expecting a bit more. It’s not bad value, just not amazing either. I’d probably order again if there’s a deal or some kind of discount.

I had a problem with my order, the whole process was frustrating. I did get responses, but they didn’t really solve anything, and I expected the replies to be quicker. I felt like I had to keep following up and repeating the same details over and over. In the end, the resolution didn’t seem fair to me, so I don’t think I’d order again.

We use Union for wholesale at our small cafe, and to be fair, the coffee itself is really good. Our customers like it, the pricing is mostly reasonable, and placing orders through the site is straightforward enough.
The frustrating part has been communication and delivery times. A couple of orders arrived later than expected, and we had to chase for updates, which isn’t ideal when you’re running low on stock. I don’t mind the odd delay, but I do think they need to take more ownership when things slip and keep customers informed without being prompted. I’d still use them again, but the support needs to be smoother and more accountable.

I tried paying twice and it just kept failing for no obvious reason. I assumed maybe it was a card issue at first, but after refreshing the page, it finally went through. There wasn’t really a clear message explaining what happened, so it was annoying overall

They’ve got a nice range of beans and pods, and I found a few new ones I’m excited to try. The selection is solid overall. I just wish there were a few more decaf options, because not everyone wants full caffeine all the time, obviously.

I ordered the ground coffee hoping it would be easy to brew, but the grind was all over the place!! Some of it was way too fine, and other bits were chunky, so my coffee ended up tasting weird. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

Really enjoyed the coffee. Smooth, tasty, no complaints there. The packaging, though. Still feels like a bit too much waste, and I wish it were more eco-friendly.

I like that the points add up quickly, which is a nice perk. The only thing is the checkout can be a little confusing at times, so I wish that part was a bit more straightforward.

I ordered two bags of coffee from unionroasted.com and one of them just wasn’t what I chose. Different label, different roast, and it kind of threw me off because I had a specific one in mind. Delivery itself was totally fine, no real issue there, but getting the wrong beans is just annoying in a way that sticks with you. Customer service did reply eventually, but it took longer than I’d hoped. Not a disaster or anything, but I definitely expected better.

I’ve been ordering from Union Roasted for a while now, i’m completely convinced they’re one of the best out there. The coffee always tastes great, but the thing that really makes me stick with them is that they genuinely seem to care about where it comes from and making sure farmers are paid fairly. It doesn’t feel like buying from some faceless big brand at all. Delivery has always been smooth for me too, so I’ve got absolutely no complaints.

I got this as a coffee gift for my brother, and overall it was fine. The choices were decent, though I found it a little hard to figure out which one to pick. Delivery was smooth and the packaging looked nice enough. It’s not even about that, though, everything worked as expected, it just didn’t feel super special or memorable. I’d maybe use it again, but I wouldn’t say I was blown away.
